Very cool, Darren. My wife tolerates a lot from me, even new lenses,
but she would draw the line if I ever mentioned roasting my own beans.
some friends of ours did that and their whole house smelled of coffee all
the time; hopefully Darren has his setup out in the barn or something :?>
i'm not snobbish enough to roast, only enough to hand grind daily (with a
thrifted Hario Skerton), to use a thermometer and a stopwatch, and to take
my aeropress with me when i travel
