(I don't have a K-1, but I can make a pretty good guess as to how you would do this). If you're trying to turn off auto-ISO, then presumably you want to set a particular ISO. And, if you do that, auto-ISO will indeed be turned off. You can turn it back on again by choosing "auto" on the ISO selection, rather than 100, or 800, or whatever you decide.
