Bob and Steve: Many religious groups have restrictions on photography during religious services. I have seen many beautiful occasions ruined by those who believe that getting that perfect photo op is more important than observing the ceremony and allowing others to do so. One should find out the photography policy in acvance. If you don't agree with it, and if it is that important to you, you should find another place of worship where you would be more comfortable.
