Hi, Mishka, Actually, that html wallpaper stuff doesn't bother me ~that~ much. I must have been in a cranky mood when I posted. <g>
Even more than the time to load, I can sometimes find it hard to read the text, especially if the background is dark. I really don't need backgrounds, or silly waving flags or any of that other stuff to entice me to bid. Just a decent, honestly described product (with a good photo or two of it), at a good price. regards, frank Mishka wrote: > Frank, > Don't be frustrated: that auction will most likely be won by some guy > with a cable modem (or DSL) placing the bit at T - 0.1s :) > > > From: frank theriault > > Subject: Re: Designing your Ebay appearance...... > > Date: Wed, 22 May 2002 14:53:18 -0700 > > > > What, you mean put all that stupid wallpaper crap on your eBay > > auctions, so that folks with old dinosaur computers like me have to > > wait 3 or 4 times as long for the page to load, and then get so > > frustrated from the wait that they just go on to another auction? > > > > I don't know. <g> > > > > regards, > > frank > LAUNCH - Your Yahoo!
