The article says it's some kind of meta-review of all the studies the BMJ found on the 
subject, so it's averaging all the good results & bad results together and the net result 
appears to be "Coffee Good!"

It puts me in mind of an old girlfriend who while puffing on a
cigarette was complaining about how bad they were for you.  I

was, and I quote; "I don't want to stop smoking, I just want it to be
good for me."
