OT: second test and dumb question

After I install the web browser & email client, do I need to keep the 
installer EXE files that I downloaded?

Specifically:   palemoon-27.7.2.win64.installer dotexe
                Thunderbird Setup 52.6.0 dotexe
Do I need to keep them?
