The burgers were good. I was supposed to smoke a pork butt yesterday, but
didn’t manage to get it going in time, hence the burgers.

I have an old Charbroil infrared brazier, so I didn’t get wasp nest flavour.

A friend of mine got stung at the back of his throat that way. Damn near
killed him.
