Ken, the issue I see with fishing is that most people can’t fish in their back 
yard, they need to go someplace. Which means that they are not Staying Home. 
If they can fish in their backyard (e.g., I could Stay Home and fish in the 
small river running by our house), then I don’t believe anybody is going to 
fault them.
