I have ordered from B&H using Fedex - no brokerage fee, just taxes.  So it
really depends on which Fedex rate plan they use.  UPS is definitely the
worst offender - however, I did receive my replacement cradle from Palm
via UPS with no charge or brokerage fee (not sure how this is different
from new orders).

Actually, Canada Post does charge you $5 for brokerage fee.
