Hi Jenny.
I looked at the neg's and the scratching stops at the last 
frame shot.Both rolls were done together so the lab
felt it was a camera problem.
I was going to mention to them about the stiff winding
but thought it should not matter.I will advise them in the
future and hopfully IR roll number 4 will be clean.
If daughter lets me on the computer tonight,i'll scan
one and throw it on my tripod site.

If the scratches continued past where you had stopped shooting, I 
would say 
it was very possible that the photo lab had scratched your film. 
Possible 
 from dirty racks in the film processor. However, since only the 
section of 
the film you ran through the camera is damaged, I would agree that 
it's 
probably the canister.
