Is Takumar 500/4.5 "mount tube" same as 1000/8?

Is the mount part (a few inches long) of the Takumar 4.5 or Pentax 
500/4.5 still available?

Is it the same as the "mount tube" found on the Takumar (or Pentax) 1000/8?
