Hi Bill, I, too, queried this exact point with Pentax.It is my understanding that the camera will be announced 'in the spring' [northern hem.] (read: PMA), and on the shelves 'a few months later'. I would expect the first trickle into the shops June-ish, with most retailers having decent stock July/August-ish. This assumes no delays.
