I understand why I get the message but F5 or refresh isn't refreshing the
file like it used to in PDT 1.0
I've tried right clicking on the folder and or project and chosing refresh
which in PDT 1.0 used to rebuild the whole project.
Also I've tried just right clicking the file, file menu refresh and F5 none
of them refresh the file.
