Second, the PDXLUG webpage confusingly calls itself "Portland Linux
User Group" in the html header title[1].  When this subject was last
discussed publicly, I got the impression that PDXLUG was going to
refer to itself as PDXLUG and not as "Portland Linux User Group",
which is a title that PLUG uses.

PLUG is the Portland Linux/Unix User Group. PDXLUG is the Portland Linux User Group. Confusing yes, but the title is accurate as far as I know.

I can not speak to the OSCON issues.
