Hi Dean, I've chopped the rest of the digest out of my reply to save bandwidth...
If your top & bottom layer gerbers contain everything (pads, traces, copper shapes and so on) you only need to import * Top Layer * Bottom Layer * Drill files * IPC-D-356A I'm still not anywhere near the desktop with DXP2 installed, sorry, but I don't think I have the Adjacency Information box checked either. I did find the Altium Tutorial, though - it's TU101. http://www.altium.com/learningguides/TU0101_CAMtasticDataVerification.pdf Good luck! Any pointers as to the options ? I'm using 99SE right now, and choosing (it's only a 2-layer board) * IPC-D-356A * Top Layer * Bottom Layer * Board outline -> mechanical layer with the board outline * Conductor Traces I don't have the Adjacency Information box checked ... -- Dean Carpenter deano at areyes com 94TT :) ____________________________________________________________ You are subscribed to the PEDA discussion forum To Post messages: mailto:[email protected] Unsubscribe and Other Options: http://techservinc.com/mailman/listinfo/peda_techservinc.com Browse or Search Old Archives (2001-2004): http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected] Browse or Search Current Archives (2004-Current): http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]
