Hi Brad,

The initial reply went out to the discussion list. Even though I'm in the same state as their server, I note that it takes about 2 hours before I see my posts reflect back. I can exchange email with a client in Boston (3000miles away) almost instantaneously.

I too occasionally see a reply without seeing the original post. You may yet see the original post that I made at 4:39PDT yesterday. With their server - who knows?

Regards - Harry

Harry,
just wondering, did you reply directly to Soren the first time? I saw him reply to your response and I see your second response below but didn't get your initial reply. Seems the PEDA server is acting up and missing on the delivery of some messages.

Soren,

I assume you must be using Protel99SE, since DXP2004 has special utilities
for doing multi-channel boards.

I just tried it and it works perfectly using Protel99SE. I saved a PIK
file, moved a component off the board and rotated it, saved my modified
board, then auto positioned using the PIK file I saved earlier. The
component ended up back where it was before I made the changes.
