mirror will do that

the connector on the left will appear on the right

maybe i don't fully understand the issue you are raising ?

have you tried it ?

easy
just check 'mirror' in the PPC setup

you may want to put some strings backwards on some bottom assy mech layers such as board number, "BOTTOM SIDE ASSY DWG" or 'SECONDARY SIDE'
or whatever
