In addition to what Waldemar and Paulo have stated, there is probably a
bit more detail that may help you.
Yes you can draw polygons utilizing arcs but it is very difficult and
problematic to control, basically impossible to control. Thus the use of layer
specific arcs as keepouts to just constrain your polygon shape. Those arcs will
in all likelihood interfere with other connections in and out of your circular
polygon area, unless the polygon covers the whole circuit board. So after
pouring the polygon I commonly use globally editing to copy the layer specific
(arc/line) keepouts to an unused mechanical layer. Then in the future if I have
to repour the polygon I just copy them back to the pertinent layers temporarily
while I repour.
I use this method for some very complex polygon pours where circuitry
had complex shield/covers that had to make contact to matching GND polygons on
the board surface (microwave circuits). Sometimes this was done on the
soldermask layer only, just to provide an opening in the mask for the
shield/cover to contact the GND Cu. It is not the most elegant solution but it
is the one that works under most circumstances.

place two arcs, one on top one on the bottom Layer und make them
a keepout by dobleclicking on them and selekt the "keepout"-Box.
