Hi Brad,

It's been a while since I worked with 99SE, but as I recall it could only 
handle PADS version 3 in ASCII format.

I'd be willing to try and convert your files to something you can 
use.  Just zip them up and send them offline as an email attachment.  If I 
can do it, I'll zap them back to you in less than an hour.  I make no 
guarantees, but I've been able to help out a couple of other guys with 
similar problems in the past.
