Hi guys, the PCB previewer has a really low resolution, I stopped using it altogether. I just generate the Gerbers and then print those using a Gerber tool. This also resolves an issue with the pad/hole size: the PCB previewer systematically prints the pad size of the inner layers (although that will less likely be a problem if you etch yourself: multilayers are just too hard to do with most DIY kits ;).

What I did is: Select a PDF >writer as 'Print-preview'-Printer and change the resolution. And: Even if >the preview shows a sizable offset, the resulting PDF (viewed with >acrobat) is much better.
