Hello, Texas Instruments provide symbols and footprints for Cadence and Mentor (Boardstation and PADS PowerPCB) systems, plus symbols for a few others including OrCAD. I have had some success importing PowerPCB footprints into Advanced Designer. I never tried with P99SE. I also ask TI for Protel support every chance I get.
