I believe so...
Though there are other packages that I normally use when dealing with S
parameter models.

You can do an ac small signal analysis. And then plot the impedance as
I(w)/V(w) through/across your two ports.

I'm not entirely sure whether this is the impedance that you want
however, as with any multi port network there are several impedances
that are important, and you would have to do this calculation for each one.

Keep in mind that this only applies to linear systems, I'm not sure how
well protel handles non-linear elements, so take the results with a
grain of salt.
