Yvet I still have some customers using dinosaur software and I can open the PCB files without problems in 99SE, DXP and AD6. The only apparent problem is that the text font sizes and positioning are always stuffed up. I confess that I haven't tried a multilayer import, I know that inner planes were a problem as you lost the connecting nets.

I use V3.03 for DOS to be precise, dated (gasp) 1987. It still works just fine, even on WinXP, but I guess it really is time to join the rest of the human race and use Autotrax. Q: Is there a little program around somewhere that will allow me to convert my old *.PCB files from the ancient V3 format into a format suited to the modern Protel world? Apologies if there is an answer to this somewhere in a FAQ or message. I looked first, honest. Thanks Yvet __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
