Yeah! You get a yard of beer if ever we should meet. I didn't do the
actual install and this designer doesn't normally do installs, so he forgot or
didn't realize there should be the service pack 6 installed. I guess he did the
same thing last time but didn't realize it until he was asking me today about
what could cause this problem.

the only idea i have is that it is not SP6 ?
the keepout check box is real crowded in there like an afterthought
so it sort of sounds like a version issue
other than that as a really wild guess i wonder if some 'server' is not
installed that makes that feature available but i sort of doubt it
