Leonard, I think what you were asking had to do with the design within Protel, not the RF design of the antenna. It's been my experience that it is often easier to design antenna forms in a mechanical CAD package and import them to protel (DXF). I doubt if you have access to it but the best package to do this type of work in was Computervision which combined mechanical and electrical (i.e. gerber output) into one database.
