Sorry, but I guess I'm a little late to the conversation...

I have also been contracted to make a RF ID Tag & I will be modifying my 
Protel 99se inductor generator scripts to create a user defined antenna with 
adjustable loops / inner diameter /outer diameter / length / width / weight 
/ vertical&horizontal-straight run lenghts.  However, I will not be doing it 
until Feb 26.
