Hi Brad, I've never tried to produce the kind of fab drawings in PADS that you are after. I was curious to see if there was any information on the Internet about it, and I ran across this: http://www.pcbstandards.com/forums/archive/index.php/t-1060.html
The solution is messy, and doesn't do all of what is needed - typical of a PADS solution (IMO).
