All,
Since we branched out into alternatives I'll add this.
The drafting package of any CAD software is typically the most
cumbersome and difficult to master. For the miscellaneous ECAE packages
that I use I'll often use power point foe fabrication and assembly
drawings..
A slide can be formatted to any size, and the customers format can be
put on the slide master. Screen captures of a pwb with a few interface
dimension is pasted in and then add the verbiage about the database
controlling all features not dimensioned. I'm not certain of the
usefulness of a drill drawing any longer. Is anything inspected to the
pwb image and drill symbols, or is it just a place to put the drill table?
John
