Hi John, There isn't any list of standard mechanical layer usage. What you have listed is what Altium has chosen to use for those functions, but other people and companies may use layers differently. Altium also uses mechanical layer 13 for component bodies in Altium Designer 6.
I recommend you set up your own list of preferences, and stick with it.
