I'd like to point out that here in Champaign County, the Champaign County Nursing Home which as its name implies operates under government authority has a day care program which has been quite successful, in terms of 1) having more demand for participation than they have physical space 2) reducing turnover among the Nursing Home Staff (first priority goes to Nursing Home employees 3) the program won an award from the National Assn. of Counties.
