It'd have been foolish of me to fail to appreciate how daft a way to reflect values and allocate resources are equity markets - and foolish indeed that I'd not have seen how foolishly capitalism can make capitalists behave. I'm banking they're not completely blinded, yet, to the awful threats to their cherished system (and beloved selves) that abide in ignoring completely the central role of 'C' in getting from 'M' to more 'M'.
