I recently came across a new book by James Smalhout called "The Uncertain Retirement: Securing Pension Promises in a World of Risk." It was written while he was a fellow at Brookings and then at the Hudson Institute. Does anybody out there know anything about the Hudson Institute?, or about Smalhout?
