I can't swear that is where it was *first* published, but there is no note
saying otherwise in the book, and I assume they would have to refer to it if
it were oublished first elsewhere.  also, be careful, Darity edited another
book with the same title--but not subtitle--for the same publisher, and the
same series.

You have the right title.
