I have read a number of Hubbard's articles over the years.  I remember
hearing sometime in the last year that he was very conservative, but I
never realized it reading his articles.  His emphasis on cash flow
rather than interest rates may make his appointment rather timely if the
economy is actually going into a fairly serious recession -- as I
suspect it is.

I'm noticing that, while my reading of the economy is still a minority
opinion, it is becoming less so.
