michael,
      I am commenting on the lack of personal virtues
of Milosevic's cronies, not of him personally.  I agree
that there is little-to-no evidence of him personally
being engaged in the corrupt activities reported in
the article beyond such petty stuff as buying some
property in Belgrade at a favorable price, an "outhouse
and a garden" as it was put.
