You are right. But what you have in mind is functionality. What I had in mind was analytics. Moreover, what I had in mind was not just a matter of bugs. What I had in mind was mistakes and/or errors (to be polite) known to the company but not told to the clients. I dearly remember a situation where I had to defend a Monte Carlo simulation based on three draws. Anyone who knows some about Monte Carlo simulations knows that you generally need many thousands of draws to get any meaningful result. I left that company after a year.
