May 1914 We can debate the context and whether the context has changed today, and whether it has changed from when Lenin wrote about the United States of Europe. But he certainly said this. I am surprised that Louis Proyect would give such a hostage to fortune, as to assert that Lenin never said anything of the sort. Chris Burford London
