The WSJ reports that Stanley Works has decided that moving to Bermuda doesn't
make sense after all. The company projected "saving" $30 million by
reincorporating. So I guess the opportunity costs (Congressional inquiries,
hatred, protests, etc) were higher than the $30 million tax dodge, yes?

It is satisfying to see major corporations running scared for the first time
in a long time.
