They "allege" that Israel has been permitted to defy resolutions? This is typical media spin. Surely Israel has defied these resolutions. I have even seen recently statements in supposedly reputable media that: i) the no-fly zones were created by a UN resolution ii)Kuwait supports a US attack on Iraq.
