Bush is finished -- it's time to plan ahead for a struggle against a Democratic President in the White House who won't end the occupation of Iraq (thirteen months is a shorter period of time than you think).

Whoa there, hold the confetti, Yoshie. You excised the key graf that followed the one above, i.e.: "But more than 6 in 10 Americans still say the president has strong qualities of leadership, more than 5 in 10 say he has more honesty and integrity than most people in public life and 6 in 10 credit him with making the country safer from terrorist attack." Americans are still in denial so deep that spelunkers should be conducting national polls these days. Regretably, I wouldn't rule out Bush the wolverine just yet.
