Actually, his argument was a bit different, in fact the opposite, wasn't it? Kolko said something like Bush is so much greater an evil that he could ultimately destroy US hegemony. Kerry, being less blatantly aggressive and deluded, would likely repair the damage and keep the thing going longer. Bill
