Just that he's MUCH better than Yeltsin. But then to talk about leaders who are WORSE than Yeltsin, you have to start wandering into Pol Pot territory. It's almost impossible to be worse than Yeltsin. Yeltsin brought GDP down to 55% of the 1989 level in 1998; it's at 80% now.
