Lincoln suspended habeas corpus during a revolutionary war against slavery. Obama's suspension of constitutional rights is an extension of George W. Bush's. Now, I do admit that Lincoln and George W. Bush did belong to the same party, so I guess in the Alice in Wonderland world of the CPUSA, this squares the circle.
