He was suffering from a kidney problem so he needed a kidney to live, if they could find a suitable kidney from a family member back home. They told me that they would pay me back, but I knew that they could not. It has been three years since then and they are still to pay me back. If I did not give away that 20, I might have lasted another year, maybe?
