The article said the labeling requirement is based on the "fraud" that 
something produced in the West Bank is produced in Israel, not because the good 
was produced in an illegal settlement.

David, you are a lawyer.  Obviously, you have a response to this, but the 
settlements are illegal according to international law.  The illegality of the 
occupation is somewhat less.
