Covered under etc. Yes I have a Berkeley Public Library card, but I don't
use it much, mainly a parking problem. The entire city plan of Berkeley was
set up in the era of the 1930s when all the public buildings were designed
and built. It makes this tiny city an easy to get access because of its
ancient city plan. It is what makes this place easy living.

Nevermind.
