I realize that Michael Perelman always lets Louis Proyect off when he gets
abusive, but he is lying and smearing again. I have never threatened to go to
NY to “force myself sexually on a female Marxmail subscriber”, that is a lie.
In fact I have never threatened to go to that city at all in my entire life,
and I will never go there if I can avoid it, either. It is not what I aspire to.
It was merely that Proyect´s Turkish wife Doctor Mine Doyran PhD thought, in
September 2003, that she could grievously insult me and snipe with a haughty
middleclass post, in which she showed that she knew nothing at all about the
topic we were talking about. After all, she was married to the list owner, and
therefore she thought she could say just anything she damn well liked. To which
I replied in the context, “so what do you want me to do now, do you want me to
come to NY and fuck you up the ass???”. It was a rhetorical question.
The entire American Trotskyite community just about flipped, when I said that,
and subsequently they went ballistic with their DP moralist cant: it was
alleged I was a rapist, I had threatened anal rape, I was a mysogynist, I hated
women, I was anti-feminist, I was sexist, I had committed a criminal act and so
on and so forth. All this from a safe distance. They showed me, how bigoted and
infantile the American Left is. Probably it was unwise of me to say something
like that, but then, the Americans are cowards, they abuse you from a safe
distance. They shy away from combat ``on the ground.`` other than if they have
an overwhelming advantage, and are completely protected against any risk (such
as Louis Proyect).
I do not know, if you follow the ISN’s antics, but they are having serious
discussions about varieties of sexual expression such as BDSM. We have those
kinds of discussions in Europe sometimes, and we consider it quite normal.
Caricatures occur from time to time, and we try to evaluate them for their
reality and amusement value. It is incomprehensible to an American, but then
Americans don´t understand everything. They just think they do.
When Louis tries to smear me with mental illness, flaming, sexual hangups and
the like, the reason is, that he has no good arguments in response to my post.
If Slavoj Zizek had said it, there would have been no problem.
