Governments don't admit responsibility for anything. There are some things that cast doubt on the Ukrainian government spin. 1. Air traffic control records are missing. 2. An air traffic controller is missing. 3. There were two fighter jets accompaning the Malaysian plane. 4. Airports were damaged in Eastern Ukraine causing a lack of air traffic control. 5. The rebels didn't possess missiles capable of reaching the plane. -- Ron
