Governments don't admit responsibility for anything.

There are some things that cast doubt on the Ukrainian government spin.
1. Air traffic control records are missing.
2. An air traffic controller is missing.
3. There were two fighter jets accompaning the Malaysian plane.
4. Airports were damaged in Eastern Ukraine causing a lack of air traffic control.
5. The rebels didn't possess missiles capable of reaching the plane.

All these things may or may not be the case. I have no way at all to know, since all the parties are liars. But I do know what the Ukrainian Government spokesman publicly admitted. That admission is enough.
