This is not a very meaningful question, is it? The term "derivatives"
covers all kind of different instruments which it may not make sense to
just add together, we can only see the notional value in most cases, there
are things like counter-party risk that lurk below the surface etc.

Presumably you are looking for a number to make a rhetorical point, in
which case it seems reasonable to use large numbers such as the above. Or
are you looking for something more specific?
